Essential Support and Maintenance (Required)
This annual service package includes:
- Upgrades for the MARVIN Lens AI Software to incorporate new features.
- Access to business hours phone support (PDT) for troubleshooting and assistance.
Premium Support and Maintenance (Optional)
Upgrade to Premium Maintenance and Support which includes all Essential Support and Maintenance services and:
- Annual Mechanical Servicing visit to reduce risk of downtime.
- 1x Remote training session for new users.
- 1x Emergency system servicing, 48 hour response.
- Video support during regular business hours (PDT).
Should you need additional emergency system servicing, such visits will be billed at a rate of $500 per call-out.
